Consolidation Loan Fees definition

Consolidation Loan Fees means, as to any Collection Period, an amount accrued during such Collection Period equal to 1.05% per annum of the average outstanding principal balance of the Consolidation Loans owned by the Trust during such Collection Period.

Related to Consolidation Loan Fees

  • Modification Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all fees collected from the related Mortgagor with respect to a modification, extension, waiver or amendment that modifies, extends, amends or waives any term of the Loan Documents (as evidenced by a signed writing) agreed to by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, other than (a) any Assumption Fees, Consent Fees or assumption application fees and (b) any fee in connection with a defeasance of such Serviced Loan.

  • Whole Loan As defined in the Introductory Statement.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Costs of Issuance Fund means the fund by that name established and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.03.

  • Note A-3 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-3 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-3 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-3 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Loan Combination shall include any successor REO Mortgage Loan and the related successor REO Companion Loan(s) (or the related deemed Companion Loan(s), if applicable)). The only Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are identified in the Loan Combination Table.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of any Non-Lead Securitization.

  • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Note A-5 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-5 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-5 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-5 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • Note A-2 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-2 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-2 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-2 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

  • REO Companion Loan Any Serviced Companion Loan if the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property.

  • Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of the Lead Securitization.
