Construction Time definition

Construction Time or Construction Times" shall mean the number of days following delivery of Notice to Proceed as set forth in the Contract Documents for completion of the Work and any specified portions thereof.
Construction Time means the number of years needed between the moment the investment decision is taken and the date of commissioning of the investment.
Construction Time is defined as the total number of days between the date of the Notice to Proceed with Construction and the date on which Substantial Completion of all Work must be completed by the Contractor. The Construction Time shall be: 365 Calendar Days.

  • The Engineer shall prepare a Construction Time Determination schedule for each utility relocation design required to incorporate into the County’s construction schedule.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Construction Completion Date or “Completion Date” means the date by which the overall Development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Completion Certificate is issued by the Authority as per Article 14.1.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
