Constructive Distributions definition
Constructive Distributions means constructive distributions made in cash or otherwise (i) to Holdings relating to reimbursements of certain pension costs and (ii) to Shell Oil Company relating to reimbursements of certain pension costs in accordance with the Master Sales Agreement dated July 10, 2000, as amended as of November 14, 2000, and related ancillary agreements.
