Consultancy definition

Consultancy means such part of the Services described as “Consultancy” in a Service Schedule, including (where applicable) the Output of such Services.

  • In the event the Client does so notify Consultancy that it wishes to dispute part of an invoice, the Client shall pay the undisputed part of the invoice within the agreed payment terms and shall co-operate fully with Consultancy in order to resolve the dispute in a timely manner.
