Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.

More Definitions of Employment

Employment means the Executive’s employment under this Agreement;

Employment means employment with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries. For purposes of this Award Agreement, Employment shall also include any period of time during which the Participant is on Disability status.

Employment means employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or Affiliates including but not limited to MPC and its subsidiaries and Affiliates. For purposes of this Award Agreement, Employment shall also include any period of time during which the Participant is on Disability status.
