Employment definition

Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.

• During the Employment Period, Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), as such plan may be amended from time to time; provided, however, that participation in the AIP is not a guarantee that a bonus award will be paid.

• For each fiscal year of the Employment Period, Executive will be considered for an annual incentive bonus (the “Annual Incentive”) at the current annual target bonus opportunity equal to the current percentage of the Executive’s then current Base Salary.

• During the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan or any successor plan, subject to the terms, conditions and vesting provisions of the 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan and any applicable award agreement as and to the extent determined by the Compensation Committee or the Board in its sole and absolute discretion.

Employment means employment as an employed person and the words “employ”, “employed” or “employer” shall be construed accordingly;

Employment means the Executive’s employment with the Company.

Unless expressly provided otherwise, any references in the Plan or any Award Agreement to a Grantee’s Employment being terminated shall include both voluntary and involuntary terminations.

Employment means employment with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries. For purposes of this Award Agreement, Employment shall also include any period of time during which the Participant is on Disability status.

Employment means employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or Affiliates including but not limited to MPC and its subsidiaries and Affiliates. For purposes of this Award Agreement, Employment shall also include any period of time during which the Participant is on Disability status. The length of any period of Employment shall be determined by the Company or the subsidiary or Affiliate that either (i) employs the Participant or (ii) employed the Participant immediately prior to the Participant’s termination of Employment.

Employment shall be defined in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.421-7(h) of the Income Tax Regulations or any successor regulations, and (ii) if this option shall be assumed or a new option substituted therefor in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies, employment by such assuming or substituting corporation (hereinafter called the "Successor Corporation") shall be considered for all purposes of this option to be employment by the Company.
