Examples of Consultant and Client in a sentence

  • This Agreement establishes an "independent contractor" relationship between Consultant and Client.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Consultant and Client, this Agreement shall not automatically be renewed beyond its Term.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Consultant and Client or otherwise provided herein, any amendment to this Agreement shall automatically have the effect of extending the Term of the Agreement until the later of one hundred eighty (180) days following the original Term or for an additional one hundred eighty (180) days following the date of such amendment.

  • Consultant shall submit Payment Request(s) for all reasonable and necessary costs of completed milestones in accordance with the Section titled “Fees and Payment” within thirty (30) days of notification that the Agreement is terminated, and Consultant and Client shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.

  • This instrument contains the entire agreement between Consultant and Client respecting the Project, and any other written or oral agreement or representation respecting the Project or the duties of either Client or Consultant in relation thereto not expressly set forth in this instrument and its attachments is null and void.

  • Consultant shall submit Payment Request(s) for all reasonable and necessary costs of fully and partially completed milestones in accordance with all other terms described in the Section titled “Fees and Payment” within thirty (30) days of notification that the Agreement is terminated, and Consultant and Client shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.

  • Consultant and Client shall each require their employees, agents, affiliates, other licensees, and others who will have access to the information through Consultant and Client respectively, to first enter appropriate non-disclosure Agreements requiring the confidentiality contemplated by this Agreement in perpetuity.

  • The relationship between Consultant and Client is solely one of independent contractor.

  • This Agreement establishes an “independent contractor” relationship between Consultant and Client.

  • This Agreement may be amended, modified and supplemented only by written agreement of Consultant and Client.

Related to Consultant and Client

  • Professional Client means a client meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;

  • Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

  • Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.
