Each of the Operating Advisor Fee and the Operating Advisor Consulting Fee shall be payable from funds on deposit in the Collection Account as provided in Section 3.06 of this Agreement, but with respect to the Operating Advisor Consulting Fee only to the extent such Operating Advisor Consulting Fee is actually received from the related Mortgagor.

More Definitions of Consulting Fee
