Consumer Healthcare Group definition

Consumer Healthcare Group means: (i) prior to Demerger Completion, the JVCo Group; and (ii) from Demerger Completion, the Haleon Group;
Consumer Healthcare Group has the meaning set forth in the Demerger Agreement.

Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.
