Consumer Redress Funds definition

Consumer Redress Funds means any sums of money “You” are legally required to deposit in a fund for the payment of consumer “Claims” due to a settlement of, or an adverse judgment in, a “Regulatory Claim”.
Consumer Redress Funds means the amounts the Company is legally obligated to deposit into a fund, due to an adverse judgment or settlement of a Regulatory Proceeding, and constituting equitable relief for payment of consumer claims.
Consumer Redress Funds means money which an Insured is legally obligated to deposit into a fund for the payment of consumer claims due to an adverse judgment or settlement of a Regulatory Claim.
