Post-Consumer Waste definition

Post-Consumer Waste means any product generated by a business or consumer which has served its intended end use, and which has been separated or diverted from solid waste for the purpose of recycling into a usable commodity or product, and which does not include post-industrial waste.
Post-Consumer Waste means a finished material that would normally be disposed of as solid waste, having completed its life cycle as a consumer item. “Post-consumer waste” does not include manufacturing waste.
Post-Consumer Waste means solid waste other than solid waste generated in the production of goods, hazardous waste, as defined in s. 144.61(5), Wis. Stats., waste from construction and demolition of structures, scrap automobiles, or high-volume industrial waste, as defined in s. 144.44(7)(a)1., Wis. Stats.
