Main Agreement means the part of this Agreement that commences on the first page and ends with but includes Schedule A, excluding Section 3(d) (which incorporates this Schedule C into the Agreement).
Farm-In Agreement means an agreement whereby a Person agrees to pay all or a share of the drilling, completion or other expenses of one or more exploratory or development ▇▇▇▇▇ (which agreement may be subject to a maximum payment obligation, after which expenses are shared in accordance with the working or participation interests therein or in accordance with the agreement of the parties) or perform the drilling, completion or other operation on such well or ▇▇▇▇▇ as all or a part of the consideration provided in exchange for an ownership interest in an Oil and Gas Property.
Diversion agreement means a mechanism designed to hold a child accountable for his or her behavior and, if appropriate, securing services to serve the best interest of the child and to provide redress for that behavior without court action and without the creation of a formal court record;
▇▇▇▇▇▇ Agreement means that certain Contingent Stock Agreement, effective as of January 1, 1996, by The ▇▇▇▇▇ Company in favor of and for the benefit of the Holders (named in Schedule I thereto) and the Representatives (therein defined), as amended.
