Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.
Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.
Title Page means, for a printed book, the title page itself, plus such following pages as are needed to hold, legibly, the material this License requires to appear in the title page. Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.
Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.
Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.
Xxxxxx Xxx Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx' Guide and the Xxxxxx Xxx Servicers' Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.
Commercial User means all retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, laundries, and other private business and service establishments.
