Contingency Facility definition

Contingency Facility means a facility provided by the Contractor in accordance with its Contingency Arrangements;
Contingency Facility means the facility provided under clause 10.1(a)(ii).

  • Within two (2) Months of receiving notice from the Department that any Operational Facility is to become a Contingency or Hot Contingency Facility, the Health Services Manager is to ramp down its service delivery at the Facility in accordance with the terms of the Department's notice and clause 32 will otherwise apply.

  • Utility facility or “facility” means any physical component of a system, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, transmitters, plant, equipment and other facilities, located within, under or above the rights of way, any portion of which is used or designed to be used to deliver, transmit or otherwise provide utility service.

  • Liquidity Facilities means, collectively, the Class A Liquidity Facility and the Class B Liquidity Facility.

  • City Facility means any building, structure, property, park, open space, or vehicle, owned or leased by the City, its agents, agencies, or departments.
