In the case of a global Security, interest payable on any Contingent Interest Payment Date will be paid to the Depositary for the purpose of permitting DTC to credit the interest received by it in respect of such global Security to the accounts of the beneficial owners thereof.
If applicable, contingent interest on any Security that is payable, and is punctually paid or duly provided for, on any Contingent Interest Payment Date shall be paid to the person in whose name that Security is registered at the close of business on the record date specified in Section 10.02 (“Regular Record Date”) at the office or agency of the Company maintained for such purpose.
