Continuing Bank definition

Continuing Bank means a merging bank, the charter of
Continuing Bank means a merging bank the charter of which becomes the charter of the resulting bank;
Continuing Bank means each Original Bank with a Commitment under this Agreement (immediately upon giving effect to the Restatement Effective Date).

Examples of Continuing Bank in a sentence

  • Each such Replacement Bank shall become a Continuing Bank hereunder in replacement for the Non-Extending Bank.

  • Each director shall hold office from and after the time of his or her qualification as a director of the Continuing Bank and until his or her successor is elected and has qualified.
