Model Articles means the model articles for private companies limited by guarantee contained in Schedule 2 of the Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/3229) as amended prior to the date of adoption of these Articles;
Covered article means any hardware, software, or service that–
these Articles means these articles of association as altered from time to time and the expression “this article” shall be construed accordingly;
Regulated article means any article of any character carrying or capable of carrying the Boll Weevil, including, but not limited to, cotton plants, seed cotton, cottonseed, other hosts, gin trash, gin equipment, mechanical cotton pickers, and other equipment associated with cotton production, harvesting, or processing.
the Articles means these Articles of Association of the Academy Trust;
Single-service articles means cups, containers, lids, closures, plates, knives, forks, spoons, stirrers, paddles, straws, napkins, wrapping materials, toothpicks, and similar articles intended for one-time, one-person use and then discarded.
Memorandum and Articles means the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company in effect from time to time.
Company Articles means the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, as amended.
Amended Articles means the amended articles of JMB, reflecting the alterations to the Original Articles as provided for in the Plan, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “A” to the Plan;
prohibited article means an article the introduction or removal of which into or out of a prison is prohibited by any rule under this Act.
Table of Contents is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached “Table of Contents” (identified by “SA-10”).
Radiation head means the structure from which the useful beam emerges.
Underground storage means storage of hazardous liquid in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.
Restated Articles means the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
Mist spray adhesive means any aerosol which is not a special purpose spray adhesive and which delivers a particle or mist spray, resulting in the formation of fine, discrete particles that yield a generally uniform and smooth application of adhesive to the substrate.
Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.
Automobile Headliner Adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond together layers in motor vehicle headliners.
Toileting means getting to and from the toilet, getting on and off the toilet, and performing associated personal hygiene.
General anesthesia means a drug-induced loss of consciousness during which patients are not arousable, even by painful stimulation. The ability to independently maintain ventilatory function is often impaired. Patients often require assistance in maintaining a patent airway, and positive pressure ventilation may be required because of depressed spontaneous ventilation or drug-induced depression of neuromuscular function. Cardiovascular function may be impaired.
emissions of substances not controlled by emission limits means emissions of substances to air, water or land from the activities, either from the emission points specified in schedule 3 or from other localised or diffuse sources, which are not controlled by an emission limit.
Emissions allowable under the permit means a federally enforceable permit term or condition determined at issuance to be required by an applicable requirement that establishes an emissions limit (including a work practice standard) or a federally enforceable emissions cap that the source has assumed to avoid an applicable requirement to which the source would otherwise be subject.
Contraband means any tangible or intangible article whatsoever which DOC has not previously authorized and may include letters, stamps, tools, weapons, papers, floor implements, writing materials, messages (written and verbal), instruments and the like. Contractors shall discuss any questions regarding such matters with the Facility supervisor immediately upon those questions arising.
public sewer or drain means a sewer or drain which belongs to a sewerage undertaker, the Environment Agency, an internal drainage board or a local authority; and
Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.
Functionally Dependent Facility means a facility which cannot be used for its intended purpose unless it is located in close proximity to water, limited to a docking or port facility necessary for the loading and unloading of cargo or passengers, shipbuilding, or ship repair. The term does not include long-term storage, manufacture, sales, or service facilities.
Superstructure means the part of the bodywork which contributes to the strength of the vehicle in the event of a roll-over accident;
