The Contract awarding agency and the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities will use the information contained thereon to determine the bidders compliance to Sections 4a-60 and 4a-60a CONN.
Contract Awarding Authority means the Board of Supervisors or the individual authorized by the Board of Supervisors to enter into Contracts on behalf of the County.
Federal Awarding Agency means a Federal agency providing a Federal Award to a Recipient.
Sponsoring agency means a child welfare agency licensed to place children in group homes, a county agency speci- fied in s. 48.56 (1), Stats., or the department; which enters into a written contract with the licensee.

The Procuring Agency means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.

Contract Award Notice means the official notification substantiated by the Notice to Proceed issued by the City Purchasing Agent to the Contractor.
Administering agency means the department, the county road commission, the county drain commissioner, or the city, village, or township that has jurisdiction over the public facility, as determined by the negotiating partnership. The administering agency will administer the development of the public facility.
