Contract Expenditures means expenditures made by the Contractor during the term of this Contract and pursuant to the approved budget and compensation terms and methods.

  • Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group expenditures, including, but not limited to, taxes, reimbursements of the General Partner, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings, debt service payments and capital expenditures, subject to the following:

For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.
