Eligible Expenditures definition

Eligible Expenditures means the expenditures for goods, works and consultants’ services referred to in Section 2.02 of this Agreement;

Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan allocated from time to time to the eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and

Eligible Expenditures means the costs in respect of the Project that the Recipient has incurred and paid and that are eligible for payment under the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and that are further described in Schedule “E” (Eligible Expenditures and Ineligible Expenditures).

Examples of Eligible Expenditures in a sentence

• The Recipient may use Funds to pay up to one hundred percent (100%) of Eligible Expenditures of an Eligible Project.

• The Recipient will keep proper and accurate accounts and records of all Eligible Projects including invoices and receipts for Eligible Expenditures for at least six (6) years after the completion of the project.

• The Recipient acknowledges and agrees the Funds are intended for and shall be used only for Eligible Expenditures in respect of Eligible Projects.

• Interest earnings and investment gains will be: • Proportionately allocated to the CCBF when applicable; and • Applied to Eligible Expenditures for Eligible Projects.

• Each claim will include an attestation in a format acceptable to Canada from a delegated official, that Eligible Expenditures have been Incurred in accordance with this Agreement and Ontario is in compliance with progress reporting requirements as described in section 14 (Reporting).

More Definitions of Eligible Expenditures

Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of goods and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Yen Loan in a manner acceptable to IBRD.

Eligible Expenditures means the expenditures for goods, works and services referred to in Section 2.02 (a) of this Agreement and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit allocated from time to time to the Special Account;

Eligible Expenditures means those expenditures described as eligible in Schedule C.
