Contract Length definition

Contract Length is how long this Contract will last. “Contract Price” is what you agree to pay under this Contract for electricity that you buy from us for the Business.

Contract Length means the length of a Seller’s contract with NorthWestern measured in whole years. For contract terms not in whole years, the length of a Seller’s contract will be rounded up to the next whole year for purposes of determining applicable rates.
