Contract Manager Matter definition

Contract Manager Matter being the day to day management of the Project (in accordance with the terms of the Project Agreement) pursuant to Clause [4.7] which shall include any decision which has (or is reasonably expected to have) an annual financial impact on the Project of up to (and including) [£ ]7, except in circumstances where such decision could reasonably be expected to have local and/or political significance to any of the Councils, in which case such decision shall be elevated to the Project Board, provided always that the Contact Manager may refer any matter to the Project Board;
Contract Manager Matter has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.1.1 (Decision Making)

Related to Contract Manager Matter

  • Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.

  • Contract Monitor means the Department employee identified in Section 1.6 of the IFB as the Contract Monitor.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Sustainability Coordinator means BofA Securities, in its capacity as the sustainability coordinator.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
