Project Board definition

Project Board means an advertisement displaying information with regard to the relevant contractor(s) and / or consultant(s) involved in the construction project and displayed on the construction site.
Project Board has the meaning given to it in Clause 8 (Project Board)
Project Board shall have the same meaning as in the Interlocal Agreement.

Project Board means the team responsible for the success of a project. The Project Board manages the constraints in which a project manager operates and represents all stakeholders in the Project. The Project Board assumes there is a business sponsor who specifies products (and typically justifies investment for the Project) and a supplier who delivers the product.

A Project Board shall be governed by the procedures and policies applicable to the Board of Directors and shall exercise the powers of the Cooperative with regards to the Approved Water Project for which it was constituted, except as otherwise specified in this Interlocal Agreement or the Implementation Agreement for the Approved Water Project, except to the extent the Implementation Agreement conflicts with this Interlocal Agreement, in which case a majority vote of a Quorum of the Board of Directors using the Normal Vote Method shall be required to waive the conflict.
