Contract Splitting Sample Clauses

The Contract Splitting clause allows a larger contract to be divided into multiple smaller, separate agreements. This can be used when different parts of a project need to be managed independently, or when various deliverables require distinct terms, timelines, or parties. By enabling the separation of obligations and responsibilities, this clause helps clarify accountability, streamline project management, and reduce the risk of disputes arising from overlapping or conflicting contract terms.
