Contract Work definition

Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

More Definitions of Contract Work

Contract Work means the products, material, apparatus, equipment, supplies, articles, data, services and/or goods which are the subject of the Contract.

Contract Work means everything expressly or impliedly required to be furnished and done by the CONTRACTOR by any one or more of the Contract parts referred to in Subsection paragraph 1.3 hereof, except Extra Work, as hereinafter defined; it being understood that, in case of any inconsistency in or between any part or parts of this Contract, the ENGINEER shall determine which shall prevail.

Contract Work means the goods and/or services which are the subject of this Contract. Unless otherwise specifically defined, “Contract Work” includes any Contract Products.
