Contracted State Agency definition

Contracted State Agency means the State organization or unit that enters into a contractual arrangement with a Departmental Component of the Department of Human Services.   • If any audit has been started but not completed or resolved before the end of the 7 year period, the Contracted State Agency continues to be subject to such audit until it is completed and resolved.
