Maintenance Agency means the Builder or any association, society, company, body or committee formed/appointed by the Builder for the Common Purposes.
Maintenance Agency means initially the Promoter or any entity/agency appointed by the Promoter for the maintenance and shall ultimately mean the Association formed in terms of this Deed;
Maintenance Agency means NBCC or association of dwelling unit allottees or such other agency/ body/ company to whom NBCC may handover the maintenance and who shall be responsible for carrying out the maintenance of the said complex/ said building.

The Promoter / Allottee / the association of allottees / the Maintenance Agency shall mutually work upon and agree to a reasonable and justifiable additional time period for rectification of such defects.

Maintenance Agency means the Company, its nominee(s) or association of apartment allottees or such other agency/ body/ Company/ association of condominium to whom the Company may handover the maintenance and who shall be responsible for carrying out the maintenance of the Said Complex/ Said Building.
