Contractual Notice definition

Contractual Notice means a contractual notice issued by NHS England to the ICB, or some or all ICBs (as the case may be), from time to time and relating to allocation of contracts for the purposes of the Delegated Functions and/or the manner in which the Delegated Functions should be exercised by the ICB; CQC means the Care Quality Commission; Data Controller shall have the same meaning as set out in the UK GDPR;
