Control definition

Control means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of a Person, whether through the ability to exercise voting power, by contract or otherwise. “Controlling” and “Controlled” have meanings correlative thereto.

Examples of Control in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the above and any other sections in this Agreement, all unvested equity granted herein, any additional unvested granted and any other unvested equity-linked securities that may be granted in the future shall immediately vest upon a Change in Control (as defined in Section 4.5).
