Control Offer Period definition

Control Offer Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
Control Offer Period has the meaning given such term in SECTION 3.05. "CORE BUSINESS PRINCIPLES" means the health, safety, environmental, ethical, operating and other principles and standards which the Company will use its best efforts to achieve, as set forth in Schedule C.
Control Offer Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(b).
