Control partner definition

Control partner means (individually and collectively and singly or in the aggregate with affiliates) the partner or partners of a partnership having the power, directly or indirectly, to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of the partnership and having the authority to bind the partnership.

  • Redeeming Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.A.

  • Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.

  • Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.
