Controlling Agency definition

Controlling Agency means any agency, department, or commission that by statute requires standards to be met for the issuance of a license, credential, registration, certificate or permit required for the operation or provision of service;
Controlling Agency means the entity that grants credentials upon completion of a program and under which a program is organized and administered.
Controlling Agency means any agency with the authority, either granted by statute or delegated by the Department pursuant to law, to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
