Conventional Milk definition

Conventional Milk means all Milk produced at or in respect of the Farm that is not Organic Milk and includes:

  • During the Term of this Agreement, the Supplier agrees to continually supply Organic and Conventional Milk to ACM on a non-exclusive basis and ACM agrees to buy Supplier's Milk provided that it meets or exceeds ACM’s Quality Standards as specified in clause 6 of this Agreement.

  • If, for any reason, Milk supplied under this Agreement does not meet any of the conditions associated with the supply of Organic Milk, Supplier will supply Conventional Milk to ACM.

  • Conventional filtration treatment means a series of processes including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration resulting in substantial particulate removal.
