Conversion Units definition

Conversion Units means Common Units issuable upon conversion of any of the Class A Convertible Preferred Units.

More Definitions of Conversion Units

Conversion Units means the Common Units issuable upon conversion of the Purchased Units (without regard to any limitation or conversion included in the Partnership Agreement).
