Conversion Works definition

Conversion Works means such works as may be required to convert the Appliances at the Supply Address to operate on Gas;
Conversion Works means, in relation to a FSO, the works required to convert that FSO to a floating storage and offloading facility to be carried out pursuant to the Conversion Contract for that FSO;

Examples of Conversion Works in a sentence

  • Development the Initial Structural Works and the Conversion Works (together “the Works”).

  • Upon the Lender's request, the Borrower shall advise the Lender of the progress of the Project and supply the Lender with such information as the Lender may reasonably require about the Conversion Works.
