Cooperative Lease definition

Cooperative Lease. With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the proprietary lease or occupancy agreement with respect to the Cooperative Apartment occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the related Cooperative Stock, which lease or agreement confers an exclusive right to the holder of such Cooperative Stock to occupy such apartment.
Cooperative Lease. With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.
Cooperative Lease. The lease on a Cooperative Unit evidencing the possessory interest of the owner of the Cooperative Shares in such Cooperative Unit.

  • With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the assignment or mortgage of the related Cooperative Lease from the Mortgagor to the originator of the Cooperative Loan.

  • With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the assignment of the related Cooperative Lease from the Mortgagor to the originator of the Cooperative Loan.

  • Land and improvements securing the indebtedness of a Mortgagor under the related Mortgage Loan or, in the case of REO Property, such REO Property, or, in the case of a Cooperative Loan, the related Cooperative Lease and Cooperative Stock.

  • Any of the Mortgage Loans made in respect of a Cooperative Apartment, evidenced by a Mortgage Note and secured by (i) a Security Agreement, (ii) the related Cooperative Stock Certificate, (iii) an assignment or mortgage of the Cooperative Lease, (iv) financing statements and (v) a stock power (or other similar instrument), and ancillary thereto, a recognition agreement between the Cooperative and the originator of the Cooperative Loan, each of which was transferred and assigned to the Seller.

  • The underlying real property securing a Mortgage Loan or, with respect to a Cooperative Loan, the related Cooperative Lease and Cooperative Stock.

  • Assignment of Proprietary Lease: With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the assignment of the related Cooperative Lease from the Mortgagor to the originator of the Cooperative Loan.

  • With respect to any Mortgage Loan, other than a Cooperative Loan, the real property, together with improvements thereto, and, with respect to any Cooperative Loan, the related Cooperative Stock and Cooperative Lease, securing the indebtedness of the Mortgagor under the related Mortgage Note.

Related to Cooperative Lease

  • Cooperative Property The real property and improvements owned by the Cooperative Corporation, including the allocation of individual dwelling units to the holders of the Coop Shares of the Cooperative Corporation.

  • Cooperative Project With respect to any Cooperative Loan, all real property and improvements thereto and rights therein and thereto owned by a Cooperative Corporation including without limitation the land, separate dwelling units and all common elements.

  • Cooperative Loan Any Mortgage Loan secured by Cooperative Shares and a Proprietary Lease.

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of REMIC I, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of REMIC I, if REMIC I has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
