So long as no Dominion Period then exists, the Borrowers and the other Loan Parties shall be permitted to transfer cash from the Core Concentration Accounts to other Deposit Accounts to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes all subject to the requirements of this Agreement (including this Section 5.03(d)).
