Core Concentration Accounts definition

Core Concentration Accounts means, collectively, the Core U.S. Concentration Accounts and the Core Canadian Concentration Accounts.
Core Concentration Accounts means, collectively, the Core English Concentration Accounts, the Core Australian Concentration Accounts and the Core French Concentration Accounts.
Core Concentration Accounts means, collectively, the Core U.S. Concentration Accounts, the Core Australian Concentration Accounts, the Core Canadian Concentration Accounts, the Core Dutch Concentration Accounts and the Core U.K. Concentration Accounts.

  • So long as no Dominion Period then exists, the Borrowers and the other Loan Parties shall be permitted to transfer cash from the Core Concentration Accounts to other Deposit Accounts to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes all subject to the requirements of this Agreement (including this Section 5.03(d)).

  • If a Dominion Period exists, all collected amounts held in the Core Concentration Accounts shall be applied as provided in Section 5.03(e) or (f), as applicable.

  • Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e)(i).

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Management Accounts means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the Franchisee’s management accounts which: (a) comply with paragraph 3.10 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives); and (b) are required to be delivered to the Secretary of State by the Franchisee in accordance with paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the General Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.
