Core Libraries definition

Core Libraries means the compiled binary library file(s), supporting dlls and header files that expose Envoy API functions through static or latent bindings.

Examples of Core Libraries in a sentence

  • Each Service is packaged as a WAR file, containing the Service classes, resources (property files, spring bean definitions) and dependencies (including the DRIVER Core Libraries, see Section 2.1).

  • Use of the Core Libraries by CEH shall not be considered a violation of Sections ten (10) or eleven (11).

  • All program codes which are part of any past, current or announced CEH product (as of August 1, 1996), except for program codes written after April 1, 1996 solely for the Project, are part of the CEH core libraries of codes ("Core Libraries").

  • Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in this Agreement, all of the Core Libraries are, and shall continue to be, the property of CEH.

  • To the extent the Core Libraries have been incorporated into the Project, Net Target shall have a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Core Libraries in the continuing development and marketing of the Project and derivatives of the Project.

Related to Core Libraries

  • Library means an organized collection of resources made accessible to the public for reference or borrowing supported with money derived from taxation.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
