Core Partner means a legal entity participating in an ITD or IADP or in Transverse Activities that has been selected following a call as set out in clause 4(2) and has accepted the present Statutes by signing a letter of endorsement;

In the event the Partnership wishes to expel a Core Partner for whatever reason – this can only be done with the approval of all remaining Core Partners.
