Cost Charge definition

Cost Charge means fifty percent (50%) of the applicable month's Verifiable Costs.

  • Any costs, fees or expenses that are properly charged or allocated to Assignee Minerals pursuant to another provision of this Conveyance (including, as provided for in the definition of Subject Minerals) shall not be included as part of the Post Production Cost Charge.

  • The Servicer shall implement the revised Deferred Fuel Cost Charge, if any, resulting from such Semi-Annual True-Up Adjustment as of the Semi-Annual True-Up Adjustment Date.

  • With respect to any partial payments, payments by Customers participating in VEPCO’s budget billing program or payments by Customers paying pursuant to a payment plan, an amount equal to the full Deferred Fuel Cost Charge based on actual usage by such Customers will be allocated to the Deferred Fuel Cost Charge (with any remaining amounts allocated to such Customer’s other billed amounts) under the Servicer Policies and Practices as in effect on the date of the Servicing Agreement.

  • There is no order by any court providing for the revocation, alteration, limitation or other impairment of the Deferred Fuel Cost Statute, the Financing Order, the Deferred Fuel Cost Property or the Deferred Fuel Cost Charge or any rights arising under any of them or that seeks to enjoin the performance of any obligations under the Financing Order.

  • Standardisation Cost Charge As published on the Service Provider Website from time to time Tariff for Increased MDQ purchased in accordance with clause 6.3 [Firm Services Only] The tariff for Increased MDQ will be 1.4 multiplied by the Tariff.

  • So long as any of the Deferred Fuel Cost Bonds are Outstanding, the Servicer shall take reasonable efforts to assure that no Third-Party Suppliers bills or collects the Deferred Fuel Cost Charge from any Customer on behalf of the Issuer unless required by applicable law or regulation and, to the extent permitted by applicable law or regulation, the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied.

Related to Cost Charge

  • Interest Charge means the interest charge for the purpose of Section 3.07.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Minimum Interest Charge has the meaning given in Section 2.2(b).

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
