Cost Components definition

Cost Components means the categories of cost of service components set out in Appendix A.
Cost Components shall be the actual types of costs incurred by TWCC to operate the Mine, as further described under Section 7.2 and subject to the exclusions set forth in Section 7.2.

  • It is further understood and agreed that when any Service Costs for Services hereunder are to be determined or agreed upon by Limited Brands and the Company (whether before or after the Closing Date), such Service Costs shall, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, in all events include all pertinent Cost Components, plus if mutually agreed to by the parties, an Administrative Charge therefor.

  • The sums identified above as the budget for this SLA include for all costs incurred by the Provider in providing the Services as the Schedule of Cost Components defined in the Provider Services Contract.

Related to Cost Components

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Blood component means that part of blood separated by physical or mechanical means.

  • Certified components means components of X-ray systems which are subject to regulations promulgated under Public Law 90-602, the “Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968,” the Food and Drug Administration.
