At all times such Loan is a Cost of Funds Rate Loan, the Borrower shall pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of such Cost of Funds Rate Loan from the date of such Cost of Funds Rate Loan until such principal amount shall be paid in full at a rate per annum equal to the Cost of Funds Rate in effect from time to time plus the Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Loans in effect from time to time.
