COST SHARE AGREEMENT. An interagency agreement describing the conditions and/or percentage of Department and Forest Service financial responsibility for costs incurred as a result of jointly approved operations pursuant to the terms of this agreement. COST SHARE AGREEMENT means an agreement between the applicant and the district that defines the BMPs to be cost shared, rate and amount of payment, minimum practice life, and date of BMP installation.
