Sub-grant Agreement definition

Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient;
Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into for purposes of implementing and financing a Sub-project, and the term “Sub-grant Agreements” means collectively, all such Sub-grant Agreements.
Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement between the Recipient and a Beneficiary, providing for a Sub-grant to the Beneficiary for the purpose of financing a Subproject.

Sub-grant Agreement means any subcontracting agreement or arrangement entered into by the Grantee with a Sub-Grantee under this Agreement that provides some or all of the Grant to a Sub-Grantee to perform and deliver some or all of the Activity. Sub-Grantee means an organisation or entity that enters into a Sub-Grant Agreement.
Sub-grant Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Recipient, through MOH, and an Implementing Partner, pursuant to Section 6.01 (b) and paragraph C of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Sub-Grant Agreement;
Sub-grant Agreement means a written agreement to be entered into between MOE and a Beneficiary in accordance with terms and conditions satisfactory to the Association, including those set forth in paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement; and

Sub-grant Agreement means each agreement to be entered into by a Sub-Grantee and the Recipient, setting out the terms and conditions, acceptable to the World Bank, on which the Recipient may make a portion of the proceeds of the Grant available to a Sub-Grantee for the purposes of carrying out a Sub-Project, in each case on terms and conditions consistent with this Agreement including each of the provisions set out in Section 2.03(c) of this Annex. “Sub-Grant Agreements” means more than one Sub-Grant Agreement.
Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement to be entered into between LACE and a Beneficiary, setting forth the terms and conditions upon which proceeds of a Sub-grant shall be made available for the purpose of financing a Sub-project, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 7 (c) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and further specified in the Operation Manual.
