County Conduit definition

County Conduit means any one or all of the four underground conduits owned by the County that contain the County Network.

  • The Licensee shall have no independent right or permission to use or occupy any County Conduit, other than the permission to use the Licensed Fibers and the Interconnection Fibers granted by this Agreement.

  • Neither the Licensee nor any third party shall have the right to install any fiber optic lines or other facilities in any County Conduit.

  • Fiber Company shall not remove its facilities from the ROWs until there are satisfactory arrangements for the disposition or transfer of the County Conduit so as not to cause disruption of the County’s internal, intergovernmental, or public purpose communications fiber.

An entity holds financial assets for the account of others as a substantial portion of its business if the entity’s gross income attributable to the holding of financial assets and related financial services equals or exceeds 20 percent of the entity’s gross income during the shorter of: (i) the three-year period that ends on December 31 (or the final day of a non-calendar year accounting period) prior to the year in which the determination is being made; or (ii) the period during which the entity has been in existence.

  • County Superintendent means the Executive County Superintendent of Schools designated by the Department of Education for this school district.

  • County Auditor means the Greenville County Auditor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.

  • Submitting Institution An organization who submitted a genomic dataset to an NIH-designated data repository (e.g., dbGaP).

  • County authority means the board of county commissioners,

  • CP Conduit means any limited-purpose entity established to use the direct or indirect proceeds of the issuance of Commercial Paper Notes to finance financial assets.

  • Postsecondary educational institution means a degree- or certificate-granting public or private college or university, junior college, or community college that is located in this state. The term includes the governing body of the postsecondary educational institution.
