County Network definition

County Network means County owned, leased, or licensed equipment, hardware, and software that is interconnected via fiber optic, wireless, or other communication mediums for the purposes of County hosting, processing, using, sharing, and/or transporting data, video, voice, or any other form of information.
County Network means the fiber optic network constructed, owned and maintained by the County, as depicted on Exhibit E, inclusive of all equipment and fiber up to and including the Interconnection Points. The County Network shall not include Licensee's Equipment.
County Network means the fiber optic network constructed, owned and maintained by the County, as depicted on Exhibit D, inclusive of all equipment and fiber up to and including the Interconnection Points. The County Network shall not include Licensee's Equipment.

Examples of County Network in a sentence

  • The County shall provide the Licensee access to the Licensed Fibers at the Interconnection Points, provided that the Licensee, through a County-approved contractor, shall splice all interconnections between the County Network and the Licensee's Equipment.

  • In the event of emergency maintenance or repair by the County of the County Network, the County shall provide reasonable advance notice, of four (4) hours, to the Licensee’s designated recipient by phone or electronic mail.

  • The County shall have the sole discretion to determine the standards and methods by which Strands enter and exit the County Network and connect to the Licensee's Equipment, consistent with applicable Laws, Underlying Rights and Codes.

  • All work on the County Network, including constructing, lashing, and splicing, shall be performed exclusively by the County or its approved contractors.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit the County's right to use, or license to others the permission to use, any portion or component of the County Network other than the Licensed Fibers, the Interconnection Fibers, and the Interconnection Points.

  • The Licensee shall at its own cost and expense construct or cause to be constructed (i) any infrastructure required to connect the Licensee’s Network to the County Network; and (ii) any Licensee Laterals and other facilities required to serve the Licensee’s customers at locations in Arlington County.

  • Before the Notice of Availability is issued and each fiber in the County Network is lit, the County’s contractor will perform end-to-end testing of each fiber.

  • In the event of non-emergency maintenance or repair by the County of the County Network, the County shall provide advance notice, of fourteen (14) business days, to the Licensee’s designated recipient by phone or electronic mail.

County Network means any Network between two or more two or more computers or other computing hardware devices, which are part of the County System.
County Network means the County's computer systems and data processing capabilities, programs, data storage and communication capabilities, and all related equipment and devices, including any public Wi-Fi or other network provided to the County's customers, tenants and guests.
