Course Recordings definition

Course Recordings means audio, visual, or audio-visual recordings that provide instructional material associated with the Course.
Course Recordings means any recording of a course as presented to students, whether video, audio, or both, made by the College for the benefit of students.

Examples of Course Recordings in a sentence

  • To the greatest extent permitted by law, Course Creator hereby irrevocably waives all moral rights (including the rights set forth in Section 106A of the Copyright Act) and similar rights that Course Creator may have in the Course, Course Materials, or Course Recordings.

  • For clarity, notwithstanding the foregoing, Course Creator will have no rights to copy, sell, distribute, license, modify, publicly display, or publicly perform the Course Recordings without the express written permission of the University.

  • Course Creator agrees to execute any document reasonably necessary to assign, secure, or protect the University’s copyright to the Course Recordings.

  • If modifications are made by the Course Creator, such modifications shall be treated as if the modifications were part of the original Course, Course Materials, or Course Recordings, as applicable, subject to the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement.

  • The University will own the copyright to the Course Recordings, and the Course Creator hereby assigns to the University any copyright ownership interest the Course Creator may have in or to the Course Recordings.

  • The Course Development Incentive provided in Exhibit A represents the sole financial compensation owed by the University to the Course Creator for use of the Course or Course Materials and for assignment of ownership of the copyright to the Course Recordings.

  • The use of individuals’ names, likenesses, and voices as captured in any photographs, photographic images, audio and video recordings (including Course Recordings) will be governed by the Randolph College Photo/Video Release Policy.

  • If the University determines the Course, Course Materials, or Course Recordings are not of sufficient academic or technical quality or merit, the University will so advise the Course Creator and give the Course Creator thirty (30) additional days to improve the Course and re- submit for University approval.

  • The Course Development Incentive provided in this Section represents the sole financial compensation owed by the University to the Course Creator for use of the Course or Course Materials and for assignment of ownership of the copyright to the Course Recordings.

  • Total Course Development Incentive delivering to the University the Course, along with Course Materials and Course Recordings of appropriate academic and technical quality and merit as determined by the University in its sole discretion.

  • Filing Statements is defined in Section 5.1.13.

  • State Records means any and all State data, information, and records, regardless of physical form, including, but not limited to, information subject to disclosure under CORA.

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • Financing Statements The meaning specified in Section 9-102(a)(39) of the UCC.

  • Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;

  • Statutory Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • Company Filings means all documents of the Company publicly filed under the profile of the Company on the System for Electronic Document Analysis Retrieval (SEDAR).

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, any and all of the Company’s privacy statements and policies published on Company websites or products or otherwise made available by the Company regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors or users of any Company websites or products (“Individuals”);

  • Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.

  • Operating Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 27.1 hereof.

  • Filing Statement means all UCC financing statements or other similar financing statements and UCC (Form UCC-3) termination statements required pursuant to the Loan Documents.

  • Corporate Records means the corporate records of a corporation, including (i) its articles, notice of articles or other constating documents, any unanimous shareholders agreement and any amendments thereto; (ii) all minutes of meetings and resolutions of shareholders, directors and any committee thereof; (iii) the share certificate books, register of shareholders, register of transfers and registers of directors and officers; and

  • Billing Statement means the billing statement for your Account.

  • Filings the filing or recording of (i) the Financing Statements as set forth in Schedule 3, (ii) this Agreement or a notice thereof with respect to Intellectual Property as set forth in Schedule 3, and (iii) any filings after the Closing Date in any other jurisdiction as may be necessary under any Requirement of Law.

  • Criminal records data means information about an individual's criminal convictions and offences, and information relating to criminal allegations and proceedings.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Fixture “general intangible”, “goods”, “health-care-insurance receivable”, “instruments”, “inventory”, “investment property”, “letter-of-credit right”, “proceeds”, “record”, “securities account”, “security”, “supporting obligation” and “tangible chattel paper”.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • UCC Financing Statements means the UCC financing statement executed in connection with each Pledge Agreement and the other Loan Documents and filed in the applicable filing offices.

  • Criminal justice information system means a system including the equipment, facilities, procedures,
