Statutory Statements definition

Statutory Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).
Statutory Statements means, with respect to any Regulated Insurance Company for any fiscal year, the annual or quarterly financial statements of such Regulated Insurance Company as required to be filed with the Insurance Regulatory Authority of its jurisdiction of domicile and in accordance with the laws of such jurisdiction, together with all exhibits, schedules, certificates and actuarial opinions required to be filed or delivered therewith.
Statutory Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(b).

  • The Company elects to disclose derivative assets and liabilities eligible for offset under SSAP No. 64 – Offsetting and Netting of Assets and Liabilities on a gross basis on the Statutory Statements of Admitted Assets, Liabilities, and Capital and Surplus in accordance with the provisions set forth in SSAP No. 86.

  • Any balances outstanding more than 90 days are nonadmitted on the Statutory Statements of Admitted Assets, Liabilities, and Capital and Surplus.
