Covered Bonds Act definition

Covered Bonds Act means the Act on Mortgage Banks and Covered Bonds (FI: Laki kiinnitysluottopankeista ja katetuista joukkolainoista (151/2022)), as may be supplemented, amended, modified, varied, extended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time;
Covered Bonds Act means Act on Mortgage Credit Bank Operations (Laki kiinnitysluottopankkitoiminnasta, 688/2010), as may be supplemented, amended, modified or varied from time to time;
Covered Bonds Act means the Swedish covered bonds issuance act ( Sw. lagen (2003:1223) om utgivning av säkerställda obligationer).

  • Bond Act means the California Water Resources Development Bond Act, comprising Chapter 8 (commencing at Section 12930) of Part 6 of Division 6 of the Water Code.

  • 144A Notes means the Class E Notes and any Note retained by the Depositor or an Affiliate thereof on the Closing Date.

  • Global Bond means the Original Global Bond and/or as the context may require any other global bond or global bonds representing Further Bonds or any of them;

  • Initial Additional Notes means Additional Notes issued in an offering not registered under the Securities Act and any Notes issued in replacement thereof, but not including any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.

  • Pledged Bonds means the related series of Bonds and any other Mortgage Bonds issued to secure Securities subject to the release provisions provided herein or in any other supplemental indenture to the Original Indenture.

  • U.S. Securities Act means the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended;

  • Trust Indenture Act of 1939 (except as otherwise provided in Sections 8.1 and 8.2) means the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 as in force at the date as of which this Indenture was originally executed.
