Previously Issued Bonds definition

Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 06-1 prior to the date of prepayment.

Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued prior to the date of prepayment.

Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 2006-1 for IA No. 2 prior to the date of prepayment.

• Moneys on deposit in the special Funds referred to in this Ordinance (except any amounts as may be properly invested) shall be secured in the manner and to the fullest extent required by the laws of the State of Texas for the security of public funds, and moneys on deposit in such special Funds shall be used only for the purposes permitted by this Ordinance and the ordinances authorizing the issuance of the Previously Issued Bonds.

More Definitions of Previously Issued Bonds

Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued on behalf of the CFD prior to the date of prepayment.
