In the event of any conflict or discrepancy of opinions relating to the signs or symptoms of an illness and their manifestation between a Physician or Registered Medical Practitioner and the Insured, we will adopt and follow the Physician or Registered Medical Practitioner's professional opinion. In case the Company is not satisfied with such opinion it reserves the right to seek an additional opinion from its panel of doctors.
Covered illness means illness suffered by a Covered Member occurring more than ninety (90) days after the Issue Date or Commencement Date, whichever is later, of this Policy.
